-Caprese Salad buffalo mozzarella, seasonal organic tomatoes, roasted cherry tomatoes, pine nuts & a basil puree drizzled with extra virgin olive oil & balsamic vinegar -Carpaccio paper thin beef tenderloin with oven roasted capers, asiago cheese, extra virgin olive oil and a balsamic vinaigrette -Spicy Shrimp Diavolo sautéed in spicy tomato sauce with fresh garlic and basil and a splash of patron tequila

Also in February 2010

Winter wouldn't be complete without Toronto's favourite winter
gastronomic celebration - Winterlicious 2010. This special menu
starts January 29th, 2010 and runs until February 11th, 2010.
Advanced reservations are recommended beginning Thursday January
14th for the general public. AMEX Card holders may book a bit
earlier starting on January 12th.
This year's highlights on our menu include the Butternut Squash
& Pear Puree as well as the AAA Striploin Steak Frites with
Chipotle BBQ sauce.
