Lobster Bisque

Roasted Butternut Squash & Pear Puree

Savory Chèvre Tart with sundried tomato and sweet basil puree

Tempura Fried Black Tiger Shrimp and wasabi sesame soy sauce

Oyster Mushroom baked with fresh parmigiano cheese and pesto, topped with extra virgin olive oil and a balsamic reduction

Carpaccio paper thin beef tenderloin with over roasted capers, asiago cheese extra virgin olive oil and a balsamic vinegar

Bombolotti Pasta stuffed with crab served with seared sea scallop, lobster, and tiger shrimp in a saffron cream sauce
