FIRST COURSE

Cream of wild mushroom soup with shaved white truffle

Grappa fried black tiger shrimp & wasabi soy sauce

Oyster mushroom baked with fresh parmigiano and pesto, topped with olive oil and a balsamic reduction on a bed of arugula

Carpaccio paper thin beef tenderloin with over roasted capers, asiago cheese, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar



SECOND COURSE

Australian rack of lamb served with baby Yukon potato and asparagus fricassee and drizzled with a truffle demi glaze

Fresh lobster risotto with shrimp, saffron broth and asparagus tips

AAA beef tenderloin, roasted rosemary potatoes and a pepper demi glaze

Bombolotti pasta stuffed with ricotta cheese served with seared sea scallop, tiger shrimp, and calamari


THIRD COURSE

Molten chocolate cake served with banana gelato

Vanilla bourbon crème brulee

Caramelized lemon tart Pear and cranberry crumble
